13th Annual Beamsville Bench 5K

This year, this event is being held in honour of individuals who have experienced a sudden, unexpected, violent or traumatic event in their lives. Donations raised for this event will go to Lean On Me to support families.

ENTRY FEES

We ask the runners to pay a registration fee to offset the costs of the run which allows the money raised from the runners to go directly to the charitable cause.

Pre Registration: $40 includes BBQ and wine tasting

Race Day: $50

Your Donation Form

This form is used to collect donations from your supporters prior to your run. When you arrive on-site on Race Day, just hand in the form and payment for processing.

You can collect cash or cheques using this form.

For credit card donations please direct supports to visit our website where they can donate online.

Please collect and bring your amount raised to the Lean On Me table on the day of the run.

Thank you for your donation. Your donation will be dedicated to support families with Lean On Me programs and services. If you made a donation in the amount of $20 or more to support a runner for the Beamsville Bench on August 13th, receipts will be sent out starting September 2011. If you do not receive a receipt, please send admin@lean-on-me.org your name, address, amount, the name of the runner you sponsored and whether you paid by cash or cheque. 

Receipts for donations (of $20 or more) for the Beamsville Bench can be requested until April 30^th, 2011. Full name, home address, postal code and amount donated must be provided. We are in the process of being given a charitable number but we don't have one yet so we count on people who donate from their hearts and because they believe in the cause.
